Nepal Police Club's Jai Trophy men's elite two-day cricket tournament's final journey has been confirmed. Police Qaball started on Saturday in the third round match against Bagmati Province with both ball and bat.
The Bagmati innings could not last long after Shravan Yadav, Lalit Rajvanshi and Kushal Bhurtel showed impact in the bowling from Police who won the toss. Shravan took a hat-trick of wickets and dominated the game for Police. He dismissed Prateek Shrestha, Surya Tamang and captain Sandeep Lamichhane in consecutive balls.

Arjun scored 77 with 8 fours and 2 sixes from 82 balls and Amit scored 79 runs from 97 balls with 10 fours and 2 sixes. Gulshan Jha was run out after scoring 17 runs off 18 balls. From Bagmati, Sandeep took 65 runs in 11.5 overs Kharcher 4, Nandan and Pratish 2 each and Rijan Dhakal took 1 wicket.
At the end of the first day, Bagmati scored 8 runs without losing any wicket. Ishan is playing for 3 and Rit 5 runs. The team still needs to score 96 runs to avoid an innings defeat.
