APF Football Club won Saturday's match in ANFA Women's League Football. APF defeated Tribhuvan Army Club 3-1 in the departmental derby at the ANFA Complex ground in Satdobato. This is APF's fourth win in a row.
Nisha Thokar, captain Anita Basnet and Preeti Rai scored goals for APF. Both played goalless in the first half. After the interval, in the 60th minute, Nisha's header on Anita's free kick gave APF the lead.
But in the 69th minute, Army's Vimala Thapa scored a goal and tied the game. In the 85th minute of the game, APF took the lead again after Preeti scored a spectacular goal through Anita's pass. APF got the win after Anita scored a free kick in the injury time. APF won 2-1 against Army in the first round.
