The host KMC School won two out of three games in the 4th KMC Inter-School Basketball Tournament on Saturday.

In Senior Girls, KMC 'A' defeated Canvas with a score of 17-12. Akrisha Ghimire of the winner scored 11 points. In Senior Boys, KMC 'A' beat Keir English by 37-26. Shrestha accepted the winner by 22. KMC 'B' lost 22-10 in the senior girls' match against Care. Care's Kelisa Dahal scored 11.

In junior boys, Nerik Academy beat Nepal Central 17-10 and Care beat Janpremi 17-12. Savin Khatri of Neric scored 11 and Sanam Shrestha of CARE scored 12.

In senior boys, Wilson Academy defeated Innovative 60-25, Canvas defeated Everest 36-25 and Angel Lord defeated Baldiksha Sadan by 20-15. Wilson's Rehan Dangol scored 24, Canvas's Subas Tamang scored 15 and Angel Lord's Manish Pokharel scored 6. KMC principal Dwarikanath Amgain inaugurated the

competition. There are 16 teams competing in senior boys, 8 in girls and 12 in junior boys.
