Santoshi Shrestha is an athletics player. Shrestha set a new record in the history of Nepali athletics by winning the gold medal in the women's 10,000 meters race at the 13th South Asian Games.

1. Who is your ideal player?

The ideal player for me is Sifan Hasan . Also, recent  I have also learned some things from my brothers and sisters. All players are role models for me. However, if I had to choose one, I would consider Sifan Haasan as the ideal .

2. What is your most memorable defeat?

The defeat I will never forget is the 19th Asian Games. I can't forget that match in China. In addition, the South Asian Games 5000m defeat is also an unforgettable defeat. 

3. Who do you tell about your achievements first?

Many things are changing according to time . I used to tell my brother everything. If I didn't live with my parents, I couldn't tell them . But he wanted to tell his parents about his achievement first. At that time I used to tell those things in my heart. But first of all, I used to tell my brother and guru. 

4. What was your dream, and what is it now?

My dream as an athlete was to become an Olympian, which came true . As a player, my dream now is to perform even better, to break most of the records . May my country succeed in bringing the world record medal . I wish I could contribute. I want to make an important contribution to that.
