The match between Tribhuvan Army Club and Bagmati Pradesh ended in a draw. On the second day of Jai Trophy cricket on Thursday, the match ended in a tie as the Army failed to take all the Bagmati wickets in the second innings.

After achieving a target of 204 runs, Bagmati scored 80 runs for 5 wickets by playing 24.4 overs till 5 o'clock in the scheduled time. Bagmati's Shubh Kansakar scored 33 runs off 62 balls. He was dismissed by Pawan Karki. Rit Gautam scored 16, Ashutosh Ghirohia scored 4, Ishan Pandey scored 6 and Nandan Yadav got out after scoring 13 runs. Army's Akash Chand and Pawan took 2-2 and Kushal Malla took 1 wicket. 

After taking a lead of 76 runs on the basis of the first innings, the Army declared the end of the second innings at 127-8 after playing 28.2 overs. Army could not get open runs when the Bagmati bowlers were dominant.

Opener Imran Shaikh scored 15 runs and Tritraj Das scored 28 runs. Their first wicket stand of 58 runs lasted 13 overs. After that, Bagmati bowled hard. Pratish Jisi sent Bhim Saraki back to the pavilion for 5 runs and Sompal Kami for 0 runs.

Captain Vinod Bhandari scored 27 runs off 30 balls and was dismissed by Nandan. Basir Ahmed and Pawan Karki were dismissed for a wicket. Shahab Alam could score only 4 runs. Nandan took 4 wickets with 32 runs in 10 overs, Pratish took 3 wickets with 15 runs in 4 overs and Rijan Dhakal took 1 wicket. 

Earlier, Bagmati announced the end of the innings after scoring 200 runs for 9 wickets. The team played 50 overs. Bagmati, who started the second day's play at 124-5, added 76 runs. Pawan dismissed Vipin Acharya for 20 runs.

After that, captain Sandeep Lamichhane scored 10 runs in 8 balls. Nandan scored 51 runs in 80 balls with 1 four and 2 sixes and played a role in making Bagmati reach 200 runs.
