The Prime Minister's Cup Women's National Cricket Tournament will be held in Dhangadhi from January 1st. The 9-team tournament will run for 11 days at the Phapla Cricket Ground. Tribhuvan Army Club will field a women's cricket team for the first time in this tournament.
In Group 'A' there are past winners Nepal APF Kabul, Lumbini Province, Gandaki Province, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province . Group 'B' consists of Army, Bagmati Province and Madhesh Province along with last year's runners-up Koshi Province. The top two teams in the
group will advance to the Super Four, while the third-placed team will play for fifth and sixth place. In the Super Four, after one group plays the top two teams of the other group, the top two teams will advance to the final.
