Belkotgadi Municipality-5 Nuwakot organized and with the technical support of Athletics Family Nepal, 'Ninth Jhiltung Cross Country Race Competition' is going to be held.

Mohan Nepal, the founder of the organizing organization and a former athletics player, informed in a press conference held here on Sunday that the competition to be held in Kolputar, Belkotgarhi Municipality, Nuwakot on January 5 will be contested in seven different categories. 

According to him, in the competition, 13.5 km open race and open local in the same category, 4.5 km open junior (under 16 years old) and local athletes under 16 years old will compete in the same category. 

Similarly, in the 4.5 km race, the age group over 45 years old, 13.5 km veteran open men and local senior citizens (men and women) will compete in the walk and talk category.  in the
