King's Cricket Academy has won the title of Suchatar Cricket League Indoor T-Ten Cricket Tournament.
Kings won the title by defeating Great Himalaya Cricket Academy by 5 wickets in the finals held on Saturday at the indoor ground of Tarakeshwar Cricket Club in Suchatar, Kathmandu. Kings, who had a target of 59 runs to win the title, completed the target by losing 2 wickets in 9.2 overs. King's opener Ashray Basnet scored the highest 26 runs and was also declared the player of the final. Similarly, Pradeep Chand scored 17 runs, famous Shrestha scored 8 unbeaten runs and Narendra Chand scored 6 unbeaten runs.
Opener Ashray and Pradeep laid the foundation of victory by sharing 40 runs. Great Himalaya's Nitesh Kumar and Sandeep Parajuli took 1/1 wicket.
Great Himalaya Cricket Academy, who won the toss and batted earlier, made 58 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the scheduled 10 overs. Saksham Bastakoti scored 17 runs for him. Rupesh Srivastava scored 12 runs, Saroj Khatri scored 9 runs unbeaten. Asharya Adhikari and the famous Shrestha took 1/1 wicket in Kings' bowling.
