Baba 11 Pokhria won the 6th Pokharia Mayor Cup cricket tournament by defeating Prince 11 Sedhawa Bharat Bihar by 5 wickets.

Baba 11 lifted the trophy for the fifth time in a row with the victory in the competitive match held on Saturday at Raniganj Sports Ground in Pokhria municipality. Prince 11 India decided to bat first after winning the toss in the final competition in the presence of around 5000 Nepalese and Indian spectators. He played the entire over and scored 191 runs at the loss of 9 wickets. In which Santi Kumar's 62, Akash Kumar's 37 and Golu Kumar's 22 were significant contributions. 

Bittu Yadav of Baba 11 took the most 3 wickets. Mulayam Singh Yadav, Anshu Mishra and Pollard Kumar took 2 wickets each. 

In reply, Baba 11, who chased the target at the home ground, found the target easily with the loss of 5 wickets in 16 overs of 3 balls. His Sachin Yadav scored the highest 75 runs while Mulayam Singh Yadav contributed 27 runs. Aryan Kumar took 2 wickets, Akash Kumar, Mukesh Kumar and Umar Mian took 1/1 wicket in Prince 11 balls. 

Sachin Yadav of Baba 11 Pokhria, best bowler Mulayam Singh Yadav, best batsman Bajrangi Kumar and best player of the tournament Irshad Khan of Prince 11 were declared the best player of the final match. They were given 6/6 thousand in cash and medals. 

The runner-up, Prince 11, was awarded 60,000 rupees in cash and a runner-up trophy by the Deputy Mayor of Pokharia Municipality, Ruby Thakur. Pradhumna Prasad Chauhan, Mayor of Pokhria Municipality, awarded the winner Baba 11 team with 120,000 cash and a trophy. 8 teams from Nepal and India participated in the competition.
