Total Energies will be the title sponsor of the Mount Everest Motor Sports Festival to be held in Dhulikhel on January 4.
Nepal Automobiles Association (NASA) signed an agreement with Lakshmi Lube Oil Pvt Ltd, the official distributor of Total Energies in Nepal on Wednesday (January 1) for the title sponsorship.
Sales Head Subodh Thapa from Lakshmi Lube Oil and Ankit Bhandari from Media and Branding Commission of Nepal Automobiles Association signed the contract for the event's main sponsor of Motor Sports.
Sales Head Thapa said that since the world-famous Total Lubricant has been providing its quality services and products in Nepal, he is happy to officially enter Nepali motor sports from the first day of 2025. Ankit Bhandari of
Automobiles said that the partnership of a world-class brand like Total Energies will help to broaden the scope of Nepali motor sports.
International Automobile Federation (FIA), International Motorcycle Federation (FIM) and Wagmati Province Sports Development Council along with Total Energies will participate in the festival with 60 drivers and 40 technicians.
There will be 5 events including Autocross Challenge, Nepal Auto Gymkhana, Kartsmandu Cup, Quad Bike Adventures and Stunt Show as part of the festival to be held at Himalayan Motorland in Dhulikhel. According to NASA, martial training and event management workshop will be organized on January 3 on the sidelines of the festival.
