Nepalese taekwondo players have won 4 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals in the Asian Invitational and 9th Mansan Taekwondo Open Championship.
Chandra Ranamargar won gold in Men's Pumice above 30 years, Nandraj Baskota in Hand Breaking, Bhim Bahadur Khadka in Senior Men's Under 80 kg and Nirosa Rana in Women's Pumice under 14 years. Nirosa also won a bronze medal in the Junior Under 52kg category. Varsha Thapa won silver in senior women's under 49 kg category.
Nepal's Asmita Khadka became the best judge in the competition held in Nanjing, China. Vikesh Bidari was the coach of the team.
