The auction for the fifth edition of the Syme Premier League (SPL), organized by Syme College every year, will be held on January 4.
4 teams will compete in the competition in which only college students can participate. In the competition, the teams named Saim Blasters, Saim Sixers, Saim Super Kings and Saim Challengers will compete.
In the first and third editions of the SPL, the Challengers, the Sixers in the second and the Saim Blasters in the fourth became the champions. All the games of the
competition will be held at the playground of Lab School in Kirtipur. The marquee players for the
auction have been decided and the names of 80 players have been registered. Among them, only 60 players will play for different teams. In the
T-20 format competition, this year business people outside the college can also buy a team. It is said that the name of the purchased team will be changed to the name of the same business.
