Australia put pressure on India on the second day of the fourth Test against India on Friday. At the end of the second day in Melbourne, India have scored 164 runs for the loss of five wickets and are 310 runs behind in total.

Now on the third day, India will struggle to save the follow-on. Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja are playing with 6 runs and 4 runs for the visiting team. Before that, opener Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 82 runs. He hit 11 fours and one six.

Similarly, KL Rahul scored 24 runs and Virot Kohli scored 36 runs. Australia scored 474 runs in their first innings and were bowled out. In that, Steve Smith performed a brilliant batting of 140 runs.  Similarly, captain Pat Cummins played a useful innings of 49 runs. Among the Indian bowlers, Jasprit Bumrah took four wickets while Ravindra Jadeja took three wickets. Akash Deep also took two wickets.
