Army won the friendly men's hockey tournament against APF Club on Saturday. Army won 2-0.

Suvarna Shrestha, General Secretary of Nepal Hockey Association informed that APF formed a men's team and played a friendly match with the Army. A friendly match will also be played with the Nepal Police team.

The friendly tournament was inaugurated by Deepak Lama, Member-Secretary of Provincial Sports Development Council, Wagmati. Lama promised that the province will provide all possible support for the development and expansion of hockey. Anil Sharma, president of the hockey association, presented a certificate of appreciation to the member-secretary Lama.
