Suchatar Cricket League (SCL) organized by Tarkeshwar Youth Club will be held from January 12. Technical coordinator Rabindra Gupta informed in a press conference on Friday that 16 teams will participate in the competition.
The league will be played on knockout basis in T-10 format. Each team will have 10 players. The winner of the competition will receive a prize of Rs 1 lakh and the runner-up will receive a prize of Rs 50,000. 10,000 will be awarded to the Player of the Series and 5,000 each to the best bowler and batsman. Santosh Budhathoki, president of the organizing club, said that about 1.3 million rupees will be spent to conduct the
competition. The four-day tournament will be played at the Tararkeshwar Youth Club ground in Suchartar, Nagarjun Municipality.
