Kathmandu World School has defeated Bernhardt School by 63-59 in the group stage for basketball U-18 students in the second Thunder Bolts Cup.

Nami College beat Mollis School 48-22 in the tournament being organized by James School and  Goldengate College beat James School 47-15.

Nami beat Ribs by 21-19 in the group stage for girls of the same age group.  

For U-16 students, LRI beat Oasis 53-47 and Rato Bangla beat Magus by 44-23.

Bloom Nepal beat Shikhar School by 7-1 in under-12 student football. Little Flower beat Lord's Light by 4-0 and Chelsea World beat Little Angels by 4-1, while the match between St. Xavier's and Nest ended in a 2-2 draw.

In under-16 student cricket, LRI beat host James by 9 wickets, Little Angels beat Valley Public by 8 wickets and Chelsea World beat James School by 7 wickets.
