Angela Tumbapo Subba, the captain and goalkeeper of the Nepali national women's football team, officially started training from Sunday in Nice Atromitou, Greece.
Angela has been signed by Greece Women's 'A' League club Nis Atromitou for the 2024/25 season. She will be allowed to play in the league only from January.
Angela, who arrived in Greece last week, is playing in a league outside of Asia for the first time. Earlier, she played leagues in India and Pakistan. She spent two seasons in India's Sethu FC and one season in Pakistan's Masa United. Anjila was the captain of both teams.
