Himali Boarding has won the title of student basketball under the 7th Npabson Sports Week. In the finals held on Friday at the court of Apex Life School, Himali defeated Sign Model by a score of 17-12.
Universal came third in the competition organized by NPABSON Kathmandu District Working Committee. Universal beat Mount Kailash 19-7. In basketball, 22 teams competed on a knockout basis. Prem Bhujel, the coordinator of the
organizers, said that all the competitions of the sports week, which included four games along with basketball, were over. Amar Adarsh became the champion in student futsal, Bhimeshwar Academy in male/female kabaddi and Gyanbhoomi in female Tandori and Kantipur in female.
