Nepal Premier League (NPL) has become the first 'tie' match in cricket. Biratnagar Kings and Pokhara Avengers could not get a clear result in Thursday's match and the match was tied.

After winning the toss and choosing to bat, Biratnagar scored 139 runs after losing 7 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs. In response, Pokhara scored 139 runs by losing 6 wickets.

Pokhara needed 14 runs for victory in the last over at the Trivi Cricket Ground in Kirtipur. After Narayan Joshi took 1 run in the second ball of the over, Ramon Reefer, who came on strike, hit a six in the third ball.

After hitting a six on the last ball of the match after not scoring a run in the next two balls, the score was tied.
