The Skibbs have won the Junior Boys of the Matrubhoomi Inter-School Basketball Tournament. Skibs defeated Unique Nepal with a score of 23-11 on the court of the host Matrubhumi School on Wednesday. Kismat Magar of Skibbs scored 8 points.

In junior boys, Janpremi beat Matrubhumi Blue 20-17 and Everest beat Chanakya 32-15. Janpremi's Roshan Bisht scored 14 and Everest's Praval Rajbhandari scored 10.

In senior boys, Gyan Niketan defeated Innovative 34-19 and Buddhist School defeated James 44-31. Gyan's Mahendra Pyakurel scored 13 and Buddhist's Tenzing Chosang scored 22.

In senior girls, NIST 'A' defeated Matrubhumi Rato by 24-17, NIST 'B' defeated NIST 'C' by 29-4 and Sanjay Shahi defeated Innovative by 20-17. NIST 'A' review scored 16, 'B' Sudeshna Nepal scored 27 and Sanjay's Namrata Paudel scored 14.
