Nepali swimmer Duwana Lama has set a new national record in the World Aquatics Swimming Championship (Short Course).
Duvana completed the women's 100m breaststroke distance in 1 minute 13.50 seconds and improved her own national record in the championship being held in Budapest, Hungary.
Duwana had a national record of 1 minute 16.45 seconds. Swimming association president Jagatman Shrestha informed that the record was set by Duwana in the age group competition in Thailand.
