The seventh NPABSON sports week will be held from Friday under the organization of NPABSON Kathmandu District Working Committee.
Program coordinator Prem Kumar Bhujel said in a press conference on Wednesday that 4 different sports will be contested during the sports week. There will be competition in Futsal, Basketball, Kabaddi and Tandori for boys/girls. A coordinator has also been appointed in all four
games. Neerajan Acharya, president of Gokarneshwar Nagar Pabson in futsal, Madhav Adhikari, vice president of the organizers in basketball, Shyam Yonjan, former vice president of the organizers in kabaddi, and Narayanababu Timalsina, vice president of the organizers in Tandori, have been designated as coordinators.
Futsal will be played at Uniglobe College at Kamaladi, Apex Life School at Saraswatinagar in Basketball Cup, Kabaddi and Tandori at Adarsh Mavi at Bhimsengola. Amrit Khadka, chairman of the organizer, said that more than 120 schools will participate in the
sports week. Cash prizes will be given to the top three schools in the inaugural march pass. The Sports Week will continue till 29th December.
