Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Coordinator and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that an environment of cooperation has been created among leftist forces in recent times.

During a brief conversation with media persons at Janakpurdham Airport on Tuesday evening, Coordinator Dahal mentioned that the process of cooperation with his party and UML has formally moved forward. Stating that the understanding between the three parties has not yet reached a final conclusion, Coordinator Dahal said that discussions are also underway with the Nepali Congress on the issue of power sharing in the provincial government.

Coordinator Dahal, who came to Janakpurdham to participate in the NCP's Madhes provincial level training program, stated that the party's training and organizational strengthening will be taken forward with priority. The NCP's Madhes provincial level training program is scheduled to be addressed by the party's Coordinator Dahal, Co-Coordinator Madhav Kumar Nepal and senior leader Narayan Kaji Shrestha on Wednesday, August 6.
