Rastriya Prajatantra Party parliamentary party leader Gyan Bahadur Shahi has said that those in the government have deployed cadres to illegally park in front of the houses of media outlets and opposition party leaders.

In Tuesday's meeting of the House of Representatives, leader Shahi said that responsible people in the government have politicized public issues. 'Politicization is the activity of sitting in the government, using their cadres to illegally park in front of New Road, media outlets and opposition parties' houses, making videos of it and spreading the algorithm to the media saying that the public did it,' Shahi said, 'The way state terror has been created by parking in front of houses will be written in black letters in history over time.' On Monday, obstacles were created in front of Kantipur, the offices of online news and the house of Gagan Thapa, the president of the main opposition Nepali Congress.

He also clarified that no one is in favor of parking indiscriminately. 'We have never said that parking on the road should be done . The act of killing people's character by spreading such misleading algorithms should be stopped immediately,' he said . 

Shahi also said that the police have taken action against the general public for not following traffic rules, but no action has been taken against those in power . 'If action is taken against the general public for violating traffic rules, why is action not taken against the Home Minister and the Prime Minister for driving without wearing a seat belt ? Justice should be equal for everyone . Your public loyalty is not greater than a person's life,' he said .
