The Nepali Congress Central Election Committee has decided to implement a digital (paperless) system in the election process to make the party's 15th Central General Convention technology-friendly.
The committee meeting chaired by senior advocate Prem Bahadur Khadka decided to implement the code of conduct with the start of the election, ensure its full compliance, and give priority to female legal practitioners as election officers in the constituencies and local levels of the Kathmandu Valley.
The committee also said that it has decided to prepare a roster of legal practitioners and other professional groups for election management and mobilize them as election officers after orientation.
