The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Federal Affairs has started preparations to make the employee transfer process completely digital. The ministry has started work on the digital transfer system with the aim of making the transfer process transparent, systematic, fast and technology-friendly. According to the ministry, the system will be based on the digital profile of the employee. The personal and service details of the employee will be directly linked to the relevant system through the API, so the necessary details will be updated automatically. The ministry issued a notice on Tuesday, saying that this system will have a flagging system for transfer applications. It is said that this will help in easily identifying applications that are repetitive, require special monitoring or require further testing. In addition, arrangements have been made to allow employees to view the stage at which their transfer application has reached online through the process tracking system. According to the ministry, transfer letters will be prepared automatically from the system. If necessary, arrangements have also been made to exchange information with the systems of other related bodies through the API. The ministry has stated that arrangements have been made to automatically publish the transfer decisions and details on the ministry's website within 24 hours.
