Former prime ministers KP Sharma Oli, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhalanath Khanal gathered at the program.
At the program, Madan Bhandari Foundation chairperson and former president Bidya Devi Bhandari handed over an award of Rs 200,000 to Ramesh Ruchchen Rai, the author of a book on Madan Bhandari's biography and contributions.
