Speaking at the House of Representatives meeting, she also questioned the government on whether action should be taken against the ruling party Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), which has abolished organizations including the Swabi Union, saying that children should not carry the party's bags, as it has used children in the party against the constitution.

Renuka Kaucha, a lawmaker from the main opposition Nepali Congress, has said that the issue of the ruling National Independent Party (NIP) mobilizing more than 35,000 children in the party has made her very serious and surprised.
Speaking in the House of Representatives meeting on Sunday, she asked the government whether the ruling NIP, which has abolished the SBU and other organizations, should take action on the issue as it has used children in the party against the constitution.
‘I would like to congratulate you on the completion of the first general convention of the ruling NIP. But one statistic has made me very serious and surprised, Mr. Speaker,’ she said. ‘Looking at the list of those who have become members of the NIP, there are 35,257 people under the age of 18. I would like to inform you that the attention of the Nepali Congress has been drawn to this issue that has been officially announced. According to the Constitution of Nepal and the Political Parties Act, 2073, children under the age of 18 cannot be made members of political parties. Such an act is punishable by a fine of Rs 80,000 and imprisonment for up to three years. Does the Constitution and the Act not apply to the ruling party, Mr. Speaker? Or is the RSVP above the Constitution and it will be okay even if it does not follow the Constitution?’
MP Kaucha said that the RSVP is not above the Constitution and the law and it should also move forward by fully complying with them.
