The Labor Culture Party led by Harkaraj Rai is not participating in the convention.
New leadership 4,211 general convention delegates have gathered in Chitwan to elect a new leadership. 158 central members (7 provincial committee presidents are ex-officio central members) and 19 office bearers including the president will be elected from the convention.
