Shram Sanskriti Party 'WELL' has come under siege in the House of Representatives. In the Wednesday meeting of the House of Representatives, Shram Sanskriti Party Chairman Harkaraj Rai surrounded the Well and raised slogans, saying that he was not given time to speak.

Sampang protested that he was not given time by the leaders of political parties while speaking in the Wednesday meeting of the House of Representatives. The main opposition party leader Bhishma Raj Angdembe, UML parliamentary party leader Ram Bahadur Thapa, NCP's Pramesh Hamal, and RPP parliamentary party leader Gyan Bahadur Shahi spoke.

Rai had objected that Shram Sanskriti, a party larger than RPP, was not given time to speak according to its party status. The Speaker, however, replied that he was not given time because he did not know who would be speaking on behalf of Shram Sanskriti.

When the Labor Culture MPs objected, the Speaker said, 'I will not give you time' and proceeded with the parliamentary action. MPs including Speaker Rai have launched a well-organized protest.

They are chanting slogans like 'End discrimination, take responsibility, maintain the dignity of parliament'. They are chanting slogans with the Constitution and the House of Representatives Rules in their hands.
