Ujjalo Nepal Party Chairman Kulman Ghising has claimed that the wave of 'Blue Revolution' put forward by the National Independent Party (NISP) will not last long.
Ghising has said that the 'Green Revolution' is the only last and reliable option for the sustainable development and political stability of the country.
At a program organized in Kathmandu on Friday, he described the past political changes in the country as revolutions of different colors and said that the need now is an economic and environmental revolution.
'One of the main objectives of the Ujjalo Nepal Party is to bring about a green revolution in Nepal. We are on a campaign to bring about a 'Green Revolution' in Nepal. In the past, many political changes took place in the name of various revolutions. Some called it a white revolution, some called it a red revolution. If the changes after the 10-year People's War are to be called the Red Revolution, the recently established National Independent Party presented its campaign as the Blue Revolution. But the Blue Revolution does not last long,' said Ghising.
