Nepal Sadbhavana Party has merged with the Nepali Congress. A memorandum of understanding was signed between Congress President Gagan Thapa and Sadbhavana Party President Nripendra Kumar Singh on Sunday.
Sadbhavana Party leader Anil Kumar Jha has been nominated as a central member by Congress President Thapa. He had contested the election from Rautahat-1 from the Congress party in the 21 Falgun elections.
Jha, a leader who broke away from the then Democratic Socialist Party (LSP), had reorganized the Sadbhavana Party. A task force including Congress leaders Arjun Singh KC and Jha has been formed to integrate all the leaders and cadres of the Sadbhavana Party.
