NCP Chief Whip Yubaraj Dulal has accused Prime Minister Balendra Shah of violating the House of Representatives rules. Speaking in the House of Representatives meeting on Sunday, Dulal said that he wanted to draw the attention of the parliament to the Prime Minister's violation of the constitution and rules.

'Today, I would like to inform the parliament once again that the constitution and rules have been violated. It is very sad for the nation that the honorable Prime Minister has done that. In our House of Representatives Rules, 2079, there is a provision for members of the House of Representatives to ask questions to the Prime Minister. Under which groups are divided into groups of 15/15, and that group has to submit written questions to the Prime Minister 3 days before asking questions and there is a provision for a 1-hour question-and-answer session on the day the Prime Minister is present. I would like to record with regret that this rule of the rules has been violated,' he said.

After Prime Minister Shah requested time to answer questions from lawmakers in the House of Representatives, Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal had granted time.
