The National Assembly meeting held on Thursday passed the policy and program presented by the government for the upcoming year with a majority. Speaking in the meeting, National Assembly Speaker Narayan Prasad Dahal announced that the policy and program for the upcoming fiscal year presented by President Ram Chandra Poudel on behalf of the government had been passed with a majority.
Before passing the policy and program, Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle answered the questions raised in the discussion in the meeting on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah. The UML did not participate in the policy and program approval process.
