Although the Prime Minister himself is involved in the arts and music sectors, he suspected 'copy-paste' because his policies and programs did not touch on them.

Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chief Whip Khushbu Oli has said that price control is not a priority for the government. She alleged that when she saw that price control did not find any place in the policies and programs during the discussion on the government's policies and programs, it is clear that the government did not prioritize it.
Similarly, she also said that it seemed that the policies and programs were not brought from somewhere else and not from the Prime Minister. Although the Prime Minister himself is in the field of art and music, she suspected 'copy-paste' as the policies and programs did not touch on them. She said that the policies and programs did not touch on subjects such as art, music, films and others.
She expressed doubts about the successful implementation of the plans presented by the government such as thousands of megawatts of electricity generation, employment decade, AI-based economy and green economy. Oli said that there was not enough discussion about the basic infrastructure required for the implementation of the policies and programs. She claimed that the document was based on the old government's program and included little new information, and that it did not reflect any original vision of the ruling party's Rastriya Swatantra Party. She suggested that the government establish a 'National Delivery Unit' for effective monitoring of policies and programs, submit quarterly parliamentary progress reports, and implement a results-based budget system and project dashboard.
She said, 'The document does not answer the questions of which body will implement the program, what will be the budget allocation process, and who will take responsibility if the target is not met.' This illustrates the government's lack of political will and courage.
