National Independent Party (NISP) leader Ganesh Parajuli has argued that the government had to bring ordinances with the intention of doing justice to the people. Speaking during a special session of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, he commented that eight ordinances had been brought with the intention of doing justice to the people and that the opposition parties had no reason to cry over them.

Stating that it was necessary to end partyization from all the structures and service delivery in Nepal that had been stagnant for the past 37 years, leader Parajuli accused the parties of exploiting and suppressing the people through their workers and middlemen in the past. 'Although I do not want to discuss these issues much today, I do not want this esteemed house to remind me of what you made the Nepali people do instead of giving justice, today we have to give them justice,' leader Parajuli said, targeting the opposition parties.

Stating that development could not be taken forward due to some provisions in the Forest Act and the Procurement Act, he clarified that the government had to bring ordinances to amend and improve them. 'Those who fought for democracy and those who were imprisoned for changing the system, on which article of the constitution did they submit a memorandum to the President to stop the ordinance,' he said, 'On what basis are they standing here advocating for democracy and today, as the opposition, the people must not have been watching closely.'

Leader Parajuli mentioned that if the opposition parties are not satisfied with the ordinance, they can put their votes on the replacement bill. Leader Parajuli expressed regret over the various attempts made in recent days to corrupt the respected judiciary. He commented that although judges all over the world have their own code of conduct and it is the duty of the concerned judge to follow it, those who became judges in the party's shareholding have not followed it. He objected to the person who forgot his dignity and participated in a business event and became a judge in the party's shareholding and challenged the government from the street.

Leader Parajuli said that there is no logic in opposing the current government's efforts to regulate movement at the border, adding that the efforts were made to facilitate the people's daily lives and strengthen the internal market.
