'A committee will be formed under the coordination of former High Court judge Prem Raj Karki, with former Additional Inspector General of Police Subodh Adhikari of the Armed Police Force and former Additional Inspector General of Nepal Police Tek Prasad Rai as members, to study and make recommendations regarding the implementation of the report submitted by the Commission of Inquiry formed to investigate the incidents that occurred on Bhadra 23 and 24, 2082,' the Council of Ministers has decided.
The government had decided in its first cabinet meeting on Chaitra 13 to immediately implement the report in the case of the political leadership and to implement it only after studying the report in the case of the security forces.
