Two ministers have been added to the cabinet led by Prime Minister Balendra Shah. Ramji Yadav has been appointed as the Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Affairs and Gauri Kumari Yadav as the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Supplies. They are both members of the Rashtriya Janata Party (RJP). They took oath on Friday. With this, the cabinet has become 16 members.

The Ministry of Labor was vacant after Deepak Kumar Sah was dismissed on Thursday. Sah was dismissed from the post of minister for making his wife a member of the Health Insurance Board. Prime Minister Shah had been handling the Ministry of Industry himself since the beginning. He still keeps the Ministry of Defense with him. Prime Minister Shah had formed a 15-member council of ministers on Chaitra 13.

Minister of Labor Yadav is a directly elected member of parliament from Saptari-2. He is an engineer by profession. Yadav, 30, of Rajbiraj Municipality-9, Biharpur, entered active politics in 2073 from the Rastriya Janata Party (RJP) Nepal. In the elections held on 21 Falgun, he defeated Janmat Party Chairman CK Raut. Industry Minister Gauri Kumari was elected from Mahottari-4. She won from that constituency by getting 30,000 votes. She has studied up to the certificate level in the Faculty of Science.

Ruby Kumari Thakur, 26, of the Shram Sanskriti Party, was elected as the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives on Friday. 229 lawmakers voted in favor of Ruby, while 5 voted against, and 22 lawmakers were neutral. 5 votes were cast in favor of Saraswati Lama, a competitor from the RPP, for the same position. 256 lawmakers were present in the House of Representatives meeting on Friday. Ruby's proposer was Aren Rai, a lawmaker from the same party. The seconders were Ashok Kumar Chaudhary of the RPP and Ambikadevi Sangraula of Shram Sanskriti.

A leader of the Gen-G age has taken over the leadership of the House of Representatives, which is also the result of the Gen-G movement of 23-24 Bhadra. Thakur was sworn in by Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal at the President's Office. Ruby, born in a normal family in Dhanusha, never imagined becoming an MP at such a young age. However, the Hark Sampang-led Shram Sanskriti Party, which was formed just before the 21 Falgun elections, made Ruby a member of the House of Representatives.

She easily reached the leadership of the House after the largest party in the House of Representatives, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), supported her during the last phase of candidacy registration. After being elected as an MP in the House of Representatives through the proportional system, she said that she would learn the country's central politics by staying in the House. After being elected, she said, "I have a lot to learn. I don't know much about politics, but I will always work for my constituency and society."

All 10 committees under the House of Representatives have been formed. These committees are responsible for discussing the affairs of the state, refining laws, and providing vigilance. The House of Representatives approved the proposal to form a single and joint committee on Friday. Speaker DP Aryal presented the names of the MPs in the 10 committees under the House of Representatives in the House of Representatives meeting.

It is the practice of the ruling party chairing all other committees.

All parliamentary committees were formed within 9 days of the start of the House of Representatives meeting. There are 16 parliamentary thematic committees under the Federal Parliament. There are 10 parliamentary thematic committees under the House of Representatives and four parliamentary thematic committees under the National Assembly, and two joint committees. The committees of the National Assembly have already been formed, and members have been nominated to the House of Representatives and the joint committees after the 21 Falgun elections.

There are single thematic committees under the House of Representatives for Finance, International Relations and Tourism, Industry and Commerce and Labor and Consumer Welfare, Law, Justice and Human Rights, Agricultural Cooperatives and Natural Resources, Infrastructure Development, Women and Social Affairs, State Administration and Good Governance, Education, Health and Information Technology, and Public Accounts. Similarly, the parliamentary hearing and the State Directive Principles, Policy and Responsibilities Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Committee are joint committees of both houses.

The parliamentary hearing committee to be formed for the parliamentary hearing is a joint committee of both houses. 12 members have been nominated to that committee from the House of Representatives. Similarly, another joint committee, 12 members have been nominated to the State Directive Principles. As for the thematic committees, 26 members have been nominated to the Public Accounts Committee. 27 members have been nominated to the Education-Health Committee, 23 members to the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee, 22 members to the Women and Social Affairs Committee, and 27 members to the Infrastructure Development Committee.

26 members have been nominated to the Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee, 24 members to the Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee, 26 members to the Industry and Commerce and Labor and Consumer Welfare Committee, 26 members to the International Relations and Tourism Committee, and 26 members to the Finance Committee, which is considered important in the House of Representatives.
