During the zero hour of the House of Representatives meeting held today, lawmakers raised issues of public concern from various parts of the country and drew the government's attention. 

In the meeting, MP Jagat Prasad Joshi demanded that the government distribute identity cards to citizens of the Kamalari and Kamaiya communities, provide land for settlement, and provide landowner certificates. He mentioned that a concrete program is needed for long-term rehabilitation. 

Similarly, MP Jagadish Kharel (Dolakha) emphasized the need to immediately control the landslide in Lapilang in Kalinchowk rural municipality area and said that if risk reduction is not possible, the affected settlements should be relocated. 

MP Janak Singh Dhami pointed out the need to upgrade the Bellary customs in Baitadi and stressed the need for high-level diplomatic initiatives to make border management effective and resolve border problems. Similarly, MP Jayapati Rokaya urged the government to upgrade road infrastructure in Humla and reduce air fares. He said that easy transport access should be ensured for citizens of remote areas. 

MP Chhabilal Dumre demanded the upgrading of Siddhartha Highway. MP Tika Sangraula said that due to the lack of health institutions in Achham, women in childbirth have lost their lives prematurely and said that the government should be serious about expanding health services. 

MP Tara Bishwakarma stressed the need to launch disaster risk reduction programs before the monsoon, allocate sufficient budget for emergency management, and increase the state's investment in early warning systems and preparedness. 

Similarly, MPs Tukabhadra Hamal, Thakur Singh Tharu, Tapeshwor Yadav, Tahir Ali, Deepak Raj Bohora, Deepak Kumar Sah (Sunsari), Devraj Pathak, Dhananjay Regmi, Dharendra Karki, Dhan Bahadur Budha, Dharmaraj KC and Narendra Kumar Kerung, among others, also drew the government's attention to solving various problems in their respective areas.
