The committee has 21 members. The committee includes Achyutam Lamichhane, Afsana Banu, Aren Rai, KP Khanal, Kamini Chaudhary, Krantishikha Dhital, Khusbu Oli, Ganesh Singh Thagunna, Guru Prasad Baral, Gangalakshmi Awal, Tapeshwor Yadav, Devraj Pathak, Narendra Kumar Kerung, Prakash Chandra Pariyar, Nisha Dangi, Bodh Narayan Shrestha, Mina Kumari Yadav, Yubaraj Dulal, Rajan Gautam, Dr. Ram Lama and Bipin Kumar Acharya.
