The Commission decided on Wednesday to resume the voter list collection and update program, which was suspended from Mangsir 6 due to the 2082 House of Representatives member election, from Chaitra 22.
Nepali citizens who have received a national identity card number can register their names in the voter list through the online system using their national identity card details, informed Joint Secretary and Spokesperson of the Commission, Narayan Prasad Bhattarai.
In the case of Nepali citizens who are not affiliated with the national identity card system, they will have to appear at the provincial/district election office to fill out an online form and provide their photo and fingerprint biographical details through the Commission's system.
