Monday's meeting of the Council of Ministers formed a task force under the leadership of the Prime Minister's political advisor Asim Shah to prepare the necessary discussion paper for constitutional amendment. Shah is a former member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
Government spokesperson Sasmit Pokharel informed that the task force has been formed under the leadership of the Prime Minister's political advisor Shah with the participation of all political parties represented in the parliament.
The task force will identify what amendments are needed in Nepal's constitution and prepare a report.
