Those who wish to take the oath in their mother tongue other than Nepali have been requested to translate the oath into the respective language and provide it to the secretariat three days before the oath-taking ceremony.

The oath-taking ceremony of the members elected from the election of members of the House of Representatives held on Falgun 21 is scheduled to be held on Chaitra 12.
The Federal Parliament Secretariat issued a notice on Friday and stated that the oath-taking ceremony will be held on Thursday, Chaitra 12 at 2 pm at the multipurpose hall of the under-construction Federal Parliament Building in Singha Durbar.
The Secretariat has requested all elected members to be present at the oath-taking ceremony and to bring along the certificate (original and copy) obtained from the Election Commission, a copy of Nepali citizenship, and two copies of a recently taken passport-sized photograph.
The MPs have also been asked to arrive two hours before the scheduled time in formal attire or attire that reflects their cultural identity.
