The National Independent Party is organizing a two-day orientation program for newly elected MPs. The party is organizing an orientation program for the party's elected MPs on Tuesday and Wednesday at Hotel Royal Tulip in Lalitpur.

MPs are prohibited from using mobile phones and taking photos during the orientation program. RSP General Secretary Kabindra Burlakoti issued a directive on Monday, outlining what MPs should do and not do during the orientation period. 'Using mobile phones will be prohibited in the program hall. Entry of other people or guests will be prohibited at the program venue. It is prohibited to invite family members, friends or other guests to the hotel,' Burlakoti said in a letter issued by the party. 'MPs are instructed not to meet, take photos or hold meetings with family members or other people at the program venue.'

The RSP has organized a residential program for the orientation of MPs. Party President Ravi Lamichhane is scheduled to address the closing ceremony of the orientation program. 

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has won 182 seats in the House of Representatives, including 125 directly and 57 through proportional representation.
