In the latest vote count in Ilam, Congress's Niskal Rai has increased his margin.

While he received 13,912 votes, the rival Shram Sanskriti Party's Binod Nembang Limbu is trailing with 13,493 votes. The margin between the competitors is 417. Earlier, the margin between them had narrowed to 75.

UML's Kajiman Kagate is in third place with 11,710 votes. Out of the 63,995 votes cast here, 62,279 votes have been counted by 4:45 pm. Now only 1,716 votes remain to be counted.
