Narendra Sah of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSWP) has won by a wide margin in Sarlahi Constituency No. 3 for the House of Representatives.
According to the final results, Sah won by securing 46,890 votes. His nearest competitor, Narayan Kaji Shrestha of the Nepali Communist Party, secured 13,338 votes.
Binod Khanal of the Nepali Congress secured 6,624 votes, while Hari Upreti, the outgoing MP from the constituency and former Defense Minister of the constituency, secured 5,776 votes.
Sah won the House of Representatives by a wide margin of 33,552 votes over Shrestha, according to the Office of the Returning Officer of Constituency No. 3.
Sah had maintained a wide lead in this constituency since the counting of votes began.
