According to the final vote count, Karki has received 13,166 votes. His nearest rival, Nepal Communist Party (NCP) candidate Asim Rai, has received 9,414 votes. Karki has won by a margin of 3,752 votes.
Similarly, NCP (UML) candidate Kalpana Rai has received 8,228 votes. National Independent Party candidate Rishidhan Rai has received 3,642 votes, and Shram Sanskriti Party's B.S. Rai has received 3,363 votes.
