Balen Shah has said that he will always have love for Harkaraj Rai. After winning Sunsari-1 on Sunday, Rai had mentioned on social media Facebook that he was the first.
At 1:18 pm on Sunday, he wrote on Facebook, 'Lu, now I announce that I am the first from Sunsari-1. Jai Mato, Jai Desh, Jai Shram Sanskriti.'
Responding to the same post, Balen expressed his goodwill towards Rai. He wrote in the comment, 'You were always loved, are and will be loved. You and Dharan are always loved.'
