The Shram Sanskriti Party is contesting the elections by fielding candidates in 28 constituencies in 14 districts of Koshi Province.

So far, the party's candidates are leading in 3 constituencies, Sunsari-1, Khotang and Bhojpur.

Party chairman Harkaraj Rai (Sampang), who is also the former mayor of Dharan Sub-metropolitan City, is contesting the elections from Sunsari-1. While Rai received 14,350 votes, his closest competitor Goma Tamang of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) received 8,890 votes. Rai is ahead of Tamang by 5,145 votes.

Similarly, in Khotang, which has only one constituency, Aren Rai of the party is leading with 8,191 votes. Where Dev Bikram Rai of UML is following him. Dev Bikram has received 6,811 votes.

In Bhojpur, which has one constituency, Dhruv Raj Rai of Shram Sanskriti is also leading. According to the latest results released by the Election Commission, Dhruba is in first place with 7,968 votes. UML's Sherdhan Rai is in second place in this area. He has secured 6,829 votes. Sherdhan is also the central secretary of UML.

In Panchthar, Hastraj Sharma of Shram Sanskriti is trailing Congress' Narendra Kumar Kerung with 8,836 votes. Kerung has secured 10,270 votes.

In Ilam-1, Binod Nembang Limbu is in third place with 2,546 votes. Here, CPN-UML's Kajiman Kagate is in first place with 2,803 votes and Congress's Niskal Rai is in second place with 2,589 votes.

In Ilam-2, UML's Suhang Nembang is leading with 14,955 votes, while Shram Sanskriti's Sudeep Rai is trailing with 11,693 votes. In Jhapa-1, Kewalram Rai of Shram Sanskriti is in third place with 8,660 votes. In the first place, Nisha Dangi of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSWP) is in second place with 38,239 votes and Keshav Raj Pandey of the Nepali Congress is in second place with 9,181 votes.

In Jhapa-2, Keshav Kumar Bhandari of Shram Sanskriti is in third place with 5,130 votes. In the first place, former Deputy Speaker and RSWP's Indira Rana Magar is in first place with 36,899 votes and former Speaker and UML's Devraj Ghimire is in second place with 7,514 votes.

In Jhapa-4, Amrita Devi Rai, a candidate from Shram Sanskriti, is in third place with 5,749 votes. In the first place, Shambhu Prasad Dhakal of RSWP is in second place with 25,100 votes and in the second place, Lal Prasad Sanwa Limbu of UML is in second place with 7,569 votes.

In Jhapa-5, where senior leader of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangha (RSS) Balendra Shah won, the Shram Sanskriti Party has emerged as the third contender. Shah won by getting 68,348 votes, while Samir Tamang of the Shram Sanskriti Party came third in this constituency. Tamang got 9,233 votes. UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli was second, who got 18,734 votes. According to the results till evening, in Dhankuta, Shram Sanskriti's San Bahadur Rai is in second place with 10,658 votes. Where UML's Rajendra Kumar Rai is in first place. Rai has got 15,411 votes.

In Morang-1, Yagyamani Neupane of the RSS is in first place with 24,652 votes, while Shanti Devi Pakhrin Lama of the Shram Sanskriti is in second place. She has got 16,162 votes.

In Morang-3, Amir Magar has 8,891 votes. Where Ganesh Karki of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is in first place with 21,876 votes and Sunil Kumar Sharma of the Nepali Congress is in second place with 13,658 votes.

In Sunsari-2, Chetan Rai of Shram Sanskriti is in third place with 3,244 votes. Here, Lal Bikram Thapa of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is in first place with 22,12 votes and Rajiv Koirala of the Nepali Congress is in second place with 7,531 votes.

Similarly, in Udayapur-1, Rajesh Kumar Rai of Shram Sanskriti is in second place. He has so far garnered 6,924 votes. In first place is Parshamani Gelal of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). He has received 12,047 votes.
