Former journalist Rishi Dhamala is lagging far behind in Rautahat-4. Dhamala, who is also the owner of Prime TV, is the candidate of the Aam Janata Party. So far, Dhamala has received only 10 votes in Rautahat-4. So far, 5,092 votes have been counted.
In Rautahat-4, Ganesh Poudel of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is leading with 2,205 votes. Similarly, Dev Prasad Timalsena of the Nepali Congress is in second place with 692 votes, while Ram Kumar Bhattarai of the Nepali Congress is in third place with 636 votes.

In Rautahat-4, he did various activities such as making jerry cans, cutting sugarcane, carrying sugarcane, driving a tractor, riding a bicycle, taking off the garland around his neck and giving it to workers, sometimes cutting wood while learning to be a carpenter, sometimes going to a chatpat shop and making chatpat, sometimes hugging his voters and crying, and sometimes urging them to help raise money for the treatment of patients.
